Initiate transition to AutoCAD and Design Manager software systems.

Management & coordination of design team, admininistrative staff along with scheduling & logisitcs of related contractors, fabricators and vendors. 

Conduct design consultation with end user.

Establish a comprehensive client brief resulting in a viable program to guide the entire team throughout  the duration of the project.

Oversight of projects from design development & document preparation,  through execution, procurement,  installation and photoshoot. 

Solicit the quotes necessary to establish a project budget for client review & approval.
